Wish you had another opportunity to enroll in health coverage for 2015? A special enrollment period begins March 15, 2015 and extends to April 30, 2015 for people who were uninsured in 2014. If you paid the fee with your 2014 federal income tax return for not having health insurance in 2014, you qualify to enroll now in coverage for the remainder of 2015!
Cover Monroe is offering eight new sign-up events to help southern Indiana residents obtain health coverage. During the sign-up events you can meet with a licensed health coverage Navigator who will provide unbiased help at no charge to help you enroll in the healthcare plan that is right for you and your family.
The free sign-up events will all be held from 1 – 5pm on March 20 and 27, and April 3, 10, 17, 24, 26, and 30 at Monroe County Public Library on Kirkwood Avenue. If you are unable to attend any of Cover Monroe’s new sign-up events, you can still sign up for health coverage by visiting www.healthcare.gov during the special enrollment period.
