What happens when 40+ people passionate about helping kids graduate school and develop a career path all gather together? At the High School Plus Winter Summit we found out:

In late February, educators, youth, social service providers, and funders joined together to start building Monroe County's road map to success! This road map will help Monroe County kids graduate school and develop a career path.
For many, graduating from high school and planning for the future can seem like a challenging task. The High School Plus Coalition seeks to eliminate these barriers by helping students prepare for careers, 
college, or trade school.
This online road map tool will "direct" people to pertinent, local resources that focus on dropout prevention and readiness for college and beyond. In this very hands-on summit, participants explored, tested, discussed and offered input on development of this new tool. Thanks to these energetic and knowledgeable community members who help prepare our youth to graduate, grow, and pursue their goals!
